“Really not too happy with their quotation system which seems to be at loggerheads with the comparison sites and is apparently "only a guideline" and the premium charge WILL always be different. What?? What on earth is the point in getting quotes on-line if they are going to charge a "premium" for their services? Finally, got the sameish premium to the comparison but before was at least £100 more expensive!! Why?? They really do need to revisit their systems!!”
“I had used Confused to obtain a better price on my mother's current insurance. Th quotes were all a lot lower. The best quote that I eventually chose was in fact - SAGA!!! at almost half her current price. How embarrassing. If it wasn't for your website I would never have know. Many thanks.”
