“Horrendous computer system problems, when they send you an email "you will receive it within 2 hours" it takes up to 22 HOURS to come through.
Their website shows an error message when you try to access your documents.
It takes them OVER ONE WEEK to send you the paper copies (if they have computer issues, why don't they send out the paper copies First Class???).
Also, some of their call centre people have such strong foreign accents and not great English that it is impossible to understand them - I have really good hearing for my age - God knows how the Saga prime audience (elderly people who are much more likely to have hearing issues) manage to understand most of these call centre people.”
