“I had been declined after purchasing the car insurance all because I accidentally made a mistake on the value of the vehicle as it was automatically put in for me and I did not realise I could change it. After paying for it they declined me saying I lied. I said I don’t mind paying the extra after giving the actual value of the car but they did not listen and declined me and kept £100 of my money.”
