“I can't give five stars because :
1) I wasn't able to "upload" my proof of 12 years no claims bonus because that part of the Quotemehappy website to click was greyed out.
2) Quotemehappy didn't give me an email address so I could email it to them, the only email address I had was from "do not reply" email address.
3) there was NO telephone number on their website for me to contact them with - eventually I had to phone the only number I had which was for "claims only". The person who answered kindly gave me the email address for me to send my proof of 12 years claims bonus to.
WHY isn't there an email address published. WHY isn't there a phone number published - I still only have the "claims only" number.”
