The quote was £45 cheaper than my renewal premium, there was no compulsory excess, I could lower my voluntary excess to £100 and still have the same cover (legal protection, courtesy car, protected no claims and windscreen cover - there excess for repair/replacement were both lower. Documents are available from an on-line portal, I could submit my proof of no claims.via the portal and they provided key cover, and a plastic card ( credit card size) with relevant contact numbers. All in all very competitive and excellent service.”
