“Policy hasn't started yet, but did need to complete transaction by phone, too much security on available PC and couldn't get through to their site to check & complete transaction. However, their customer service assistance was first class & all was checked & sorted swiftly & handed over the money. Should any unfortunates happen during the year I hope other aspects perform equally as good, fingers crossed I don't have to test them!”
