“Very poor as I have not received my documents after 12 days. I have called Admiral three times. The first person hung up the phone on me. The second told me that they would post the car insurance documents in a few days. I waited and on the 9th called them again. I was assured that I would get my documents sent in the post again. I was also told that I would recieve a cover note via email. I am still waiting and I can't use my car as I can't tax it without my documents. A very dissatisfied customer!”
“Gentleman I spoke to was very friendly, however it does take a while to get everything done as they’re obviously trained to try and add on every product under the sun. To actually sign up I would’ve thought it should take around 10-15 minutes but because of the sales pitches it takes about 40. Can’t really blame them for trying to make money, though.”
