“Good quote on line with confused.com, but not very good customer service when I phoned to retrieve my quote and to understand why I couldn't complete my purchase on line. The adviser tried to get my husband to agree to buy his car insurance with Admiral when it was due to renew in order to give me a discount. The quote for my husband's car insurance was almost double than what he's paying now. I then went back to Confused.com and rectified the information I had given before and bought my insurance for £40.00 less than the admiral adviser quoted me on I phoned.”
