“Agent was supposed to call me back to answer a query. She said she will pass on to an agent in the on line team, but no one called me back. Almost 2 weeks lapsed, and my quote increased by £20, which was no fault of my own. If the agent had called as per agreed, then I would have paid £20 less. Frustrating.......”
