“Was pleased enough with quote but wished to have additional type of breakdown cover included in the policy. Went on to chatline to enquire about this only to be advised they could not deal with this and I would have to ring a certain number to find out cost. When I did that it was to be advised they could only provide the basic cover on an online Policy and not additional cover required. Needless to say I went elsewhere for breakdown cover. All a bit of a pain.”
