“This could not have come at a better time! Today i have been left overdrawn on my bank account because of a "system error" which ment that they had made a request for £112 from my card. I contacted the company who told me it would take up to 48hrs to be returned!!! They have agreed to put a "goodwill" payment of £50 into my bank account today (which is yet tp materialise) and is practically useless as i am overdrawn due to there mistake! So i have children and no money and these jokers seem to think that its out of there hands i am livid and will not be using them again come renewal time - one furious soon to be ex customer...”
