“Looking back compared to other people, my first year insurance was way too expensive. However I really liked the insurers. I decided to add break down cover and personally I think the wait time was too long but it wasn't undurable and I did have 5* service but I do think waiting time needs to be shortened. I am also running out of miles to use as I have a black box, tesco hasn't told me about this until I had to log on to renew my policy therefore I don't have enough miles just to get me to work which if I get billed at the end of the year I won't be happy as I wasn't informed in considerable time that they were running low. Other than minor hitches they were a average/fine insurance company to be with.”
