“My insurance provider let me get conned. I had a claim against me for what was a 10/15 mph bump that damaged the 3rd party's bumper (scratched the paint) they got out the car laughing and joking about the incident. They had 0 days off work but claimed personal injury and they drove the car home but got paid for recovery of vehicle. Swift obviously did not investigate the claim at all. For a chipped buyer the 3rd party got £3340.00. Outrageous!”
