“Everything was good, except the fact that I needed to make a telephone call before the policy could be set up. Previously, with other online insurers, I was setup immediately online without having to call through and have my Certificate of Insurance printed out. This is where RIAS definitely needs to improve. If other insurers can complete setup without requiring a telephone call and make the Certificate of Insurance immediately available for printout, so too RIAS needs to do this.”
