“What silly name for a car insurer! OK it's part of Aviva but even so... Reasonably happy so far although making changes on the site did throw up a few anomalies which took 'human intervention' to sort out! After I reported an accident (which turned out to be a 'no-fault') they were helpful and responsive, although I did need to chase once to get a resolution.”
