“Not really happy with the renewal process, and probably won't be renewing with them due to the initial figure given as I can save over £110 with a new deal elsewhere. However, I can't grumble too loudly as they haven't caused me any headaches like Swiftcover or Admiral did. So we will see what they are like should I need to leave them for a better price.”
“Unfortunately I had to make a claim for storm damage to my classic vehicle, I had the most unbelievable experience trying to deal with this company. I had to make over 15 phone calls all to different people who sent me all round the houses to no-one who could actually deal with the claim. I then had a company try and pick up my vehicle for salvage/scrapping that was valued at £14000 as it was "so old", for a claim that cost £200 to fix, this was after I was told that my claim hadn't even been registered! I cancelled the claim in the end and found a local company to do the work direct as not one person could help me and performance direct kept palming me off to other people as they are not the insurers. Anyone thinking of using this company to insure a classic car should run away as fast as you can!”
