“I have made many calls to the insurer and emails to which many were not replied. Often when I did finally get through to someone they could not find my details. I have had 3 promises that my insurance documents would be sent out to me, I have still not recieved any. I am however insured as I used http://ownvehicle.askmid.com/ to find out and have been assured over the phone I am covered. It is a shame as my initial call to the company was reasonable and the price was excellent. Hopefully, I won't have an accident as I fear having to go through a claims process with this company. Overall it has been a pretty poor service but as long as I am insured, that is obviously the main concern.”
