“This so called insurance broker wants to charge you for absolutely everything that you want to do to your policy after you paid for it in full at the start. It was one of the cheapest quotes and seemed to offer lots of add ons included in the price, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you want good service and don't to pay more. They will charge you a very high charge if you ever want to cancel your policy, which funnily enough they don't mention at the start. They will also charge you high fees for any changes to your policy. Thinking of changing vehicle on the policy? Chances are that they won't insure you and you will have to pay their high cancellation charges, oh yes, all while you are calling them via their chargeable number. STAY AWAY! Check Google for other reviews. I didn't, which I should of. There are far better insurance companies out their. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!”
“They advertise as multi car but being that they are a broker they don't actually offer it. They try to get you to take out 2 separate policies with different companies!! When they arrange to ring you back they don't and don't update details. Will not use them again”
