“Bonus miles don't work - I got 0 for 9 months. Running out of miles and having to pay a significant amount to buy more is also unclear on the website. Not very helpful when asking about bonus miles - some parts of mine were always on green (breaks + handling) but i wonk late so time of day was red. However, I would never go over the speed limit yet my speed was still red, resulting in me getting no bonus miles and running out of miles!
Wouldn't recommend.”
“Insure the Box is bad. Their customer service is really awful, emails to them go unanswered and complaints ignored. Made a claim when my parked car was crashed by some guy. It took them more than month before they did anything about it. Then they took my car away and told it I would contacted by their engineers within 10 days get an offer for the car, but it has been a month since then and they still tell me that their engineers will call me soon.”
