“I am no longer with esure hence the reason I left them. I'm not one to complain and hate complaining but, esure are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. When we had a car accident last November (not our fault) that alone affected us but when we made the claim, esure handled it very unprofessionally. My husband suffered severe depression not long after the accident and Esure knowing this did NOT help the situation. Don't mean to be negative but you asked for a review and I'm just being honest.”
“I object to the way they charge Bt calls at cost plus 5p per minute and then hold you on line as long as possible. They should realise that all customers are not aufait with on line use particularly when they are in their 80,s and they do not accept details in correspondence. Not impressed.”
