“Called to notify i was moving apartment. The location where my car was kept was safer and more secure than my previous place. Except the person i called when i wanted to change my address changed it before giving me the quote for the new premium. Then the new premium ended up being more than double the old premium (around 700 quid more) and hence i had to deal with it or cancel the policy. So i cancelled the policy and then Elephant stung me to cancel my policy because i wouldn't pay the extortionate new premium. Joke of a company.”
