“I have hated every moment of this app. Since new my car has only done 900 miles. It can sit outside my house for weeks on end. If you don't use the car they tell you the policy will be cancelled so get emails hounding you about non usage. you then have call the team to explain why you have driven the car
Lastly, haven driven about 900 hours once it was after midnight so i had to pay an additional 37.50 for that pleasure and if you want to save money you have to drive like nun

“Insurer is really good in contact with customer. I had no problem with conversation or email contact. If I had any question about policy details or moved into new address all people who talked with me were really helpful.
App was a bit different thing. Nice scoring system appears from very beginning of using. But system doesn't cooperate with my driving places, i.e. more points for type of roads as motorways. But I cannot drive motorways if I go to work (general use of my car). Very often app switches off if I stay in traffic what forces me to check my mobile and disrupts me from driving and no possibility to adjust this detail in settings. I think system needs more adjustments or just more work from software people. Maybe in situations like traffic before stopping monitoring App should made some noise to ask driver if journey if really finished? Pressing button Y or N would be less disruptive than activating app again.
But anyway I really like scoring system what gives some way of challenges to reach and sometimes monthly payment was little less :)”
