“My policy from last year could not be found. I spent two days trying to find out who my policy was with after diamond told me it had ended in 2013. Admiral finally found it but only on my postcode. It couldn't be found using the policy number I agreed to renew but had to negotiate a lower price . Then I had to phone as I was unable to view my documents on line. All sorted out now but if I don't receive a competative renewal quote well before my policy is is due for renewal I won't be using diamond again.”
