The customer service is perfect; I did contact them a few times including before purchasing insurance from them and they were always very fast to reply to my emails and always answered my questions fully. The price was unbeatable, an absolutely exceptional quote. The whole process with Collingwood was extremely easy and satisfying and I would recommend them in a heart beat to ANYONE that wants learner driver insurance. One single point that I would like to add though and this is not limited to Collingwood is that you have to print your own policy documents which is a pain when you don't have a printer but I believe most insurance companies have followed in these footsteps now so I can't hold it against Collingwood personally.”
