I sold my car less then 2 months before the end of my renewal, I was then informed it would either cost me an extra £200 for 1 months coverage of my new car or I'd have to pay £70 due to an early cancellation fee, then I was told they would freeze my insurance and send my proof of no claims, I never received my proof of no claims and was told I would not receive the documents till my insurance was unfrozen, luckily my new insurance company ESURE was understanding and very helpful with the situation I found myself in . In short would I insure with churchill again the answer would be NO even if it was cheaper.”
“I had a breakdown on Friday 4th September, I reported this at 18:30, I found it hard to understand the man on the phone. He advised that Green Flag would be with me in 40 - 90 minutes. Green Flag sent a text to me that I could not reply to. Green Flag arrived at 21:00. 150 minutes after I reported the problem. It would appear that as I bought my Green Flag cover via my insurance it was not suitable for my requirements so I will now book breakdown cover direct with the RAC or AA.”
