“I was unhappy with the service i recieved from my providers as when i took the policy out it said that there where no mileage limits yet i was still charged for extra miles and when i contacted them about it they said that it was nothing to do with them and i would need to contact confused.com as it was them that sold me the policy. Also there where times when the box was picking up signals in the wrong places and was saying i was speed on some roads when i wasnt and when i contaced them they said they would look in to it but they never did. Overall i thought it was a really poor service.”
“No the best experience, very difficult to get my documents sent over as there was very little instructions plus they lost them through online links two times. And there quotes were also very poor looking back and I can't wait to switch to another insurance policy - but no with them!!!!!”
