“So easy to contact, non this being passed to another advisor. Security questions straight forward & not arduous. Excellent customer service. Documents all online & easy to access. Family members can be assigned as an agent for yourself & only date of birth required. Always very responsive to any queries. I cannot praise Allianz enough. Also apart from if you cancel your insurance you are not charged a penny more for any changes to your policy. We have several cars insured with them, one being a 4x4 which we have added various off roading bits, no extra charge & they are quick at checking modification changes. Brilliant, we are looking to change our buildings & contents and they will be our 1st choice even if a little dearer than other companies. And we now have 3 Meerkats ...yaa!!! Chris Cook”
