“On 4 different occasions I have emailed the little box help desk team and not once have I received a response which I find rather perculiar, I also attempted admirals main help desk but still nothing, even checked junk mail.
My driver statistics dramatically changed from excellent to average after driving only one mile in two weeks due to being ill and does not reflect a true depiction of my driving style, I knew from day one this wouldn't work and I'm disappointed I've had to use it to lower my insurance but I'm not confident it will, I wouldn't use this service or insurance company again.”
