I was particularly pleased on the first purchase that they were able to confirm the amount of no claims discount I had with my previous provider by calling them direct whilst I held the line. The previous provider had refused to give confirmation in writing of greater than 10 years no claims which I had but the AA sorted all this out and confirmed I did indeed had have more than 10 years no claims. Excellent.”
