“The fit is slightly large, about 1/4 of a size. I think if I went a half size down, it would be too tight, so I'll keep it as is. The last is chunkier than their other shoes (my other CU purchase was the museum calf balmoral boot which is much more of a European last). Shoe had an additional 10% sale 2 days after I received it, and CU would not honor it. Instead I would have had to return my shoes, then reoder the exact same pair with the discount. Customer service is responsive and nice, but they need to take a closer look at their policies. This and my previous experience with fraying on the outsole of my balmoral boots has left a bad taste in my mouth so I'll be avoiding this company going forward.”
