Don't be fooled by these 5 stars reviews! The reason i chose CLS Money was because of this review page, I wish i had gone else where. Fraser is biggest joke going - He was quick enough to take my money for my MIP but wasn't man enough to pick up the phone to give me the answers. It took 3 months to confirm he couldn't help me but still hasn't had the guts to tell me just ignores mine and the estate agents calls! It took another broker 3 days to tell me a mortgage for the property i wanted wasn't possible. It's been 3 months of stress and living in Limbo thanks to CLS Money AKA Fraser!

The last 2 1 star reviews here are the only 2 real reviews on the site, the rest are written by CLS money. It appears the last 2 reviewers had exactly the same experience as me, CLS money are horrible money grabbing company. They only care about money not their clients. I am currently taking them to court.

CLS Money helped us to obtain our mortgage. The staff that helped us were all very nice and answered any questions we had. However; the process of getting the mortgage offer itself was very chaotic, with many different numbers thrown at us that were incorrect which made the experience somewhat more stressful than housebuying already is. That being said the follow up chasing the solicitors each week was great and we were constantly kept in the loop and not at all forgotten so that has made up for the initial chaos of obtaining the mortgage.

The service for arranging our mortgage application and offer was superb and great value for money. It really was hassle free. The service to arrange our home insurance was smooth running, but I think it is a little pricy considering how easy it would be to do yourself. What has really let CLS down has been the constant hassle for news on progress towards completion at what has been the most stressful time of our lives. We have been homeless for 7 weeks thanks to our builders, and the almost daily request for updates has been very tiresome. Overall I would highly recommend CLS for mortgage arrangement, but please please speak to the overzealous office staff!

Our case took from May 2018 - April 2019 to complete. Things were quite often muddled and because of this information had to be re-sent. Joanne Bean was excellent when she was fully appraised of our case. When it was handed to Amy she was also very good.

Absolute waste of time and money, messed us around, couldnt get hold of the mortgage adviser for three days after being told on numerous occasions by colleagues he would ring us back after his current phone call. We eventually speak to someone else after nearly losing the house we were applying for, for him to eventually get back to us being extremely rude saying we 'wasted his time'
