“The Advisors assigned to me were always available to answer any questions I had no matter how big or small and even after I complete paying the fee's they continued to follow up with the solicitors and be available to help me through the process. As a first time buyer I needed more support and this was always there even at the weekends! My mortgage options were explained in detail and the other relevant insurance options were explained and organised accordingly, saving me lots of time and also money (I done my own insurance searches and found that CLS referrals were still cheaper). I would highly recommend using CLS and will be referring my friends and family moving forwards. Thanks for all your help! Kelly”

“As first time buyers there there was a lot of information we was unaware of and there was a lot of worrying, contacting CLS was the best thing we done as the took all the problems away and done everything for us finding the Cheapest mortgages around, they even found and put into place the best insurance policy's that suited our household. Great team and will definitely recommend!”

“When my husband and I booked our meeting with CLS we wasn't even sure we could get a mortgage at all based on our circumstances. We saw Sue who was fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgable and brilliant communication, to the point of even answering her emails when she was on holiday! We got a great rate mortgage which was processed super quick. She did all the leg work for us and kept us informed every step of the way, and even helped us when we didn't have a clue how to go about making offers.
