A good looking very well made machine. A lot of thought has gone into the design with excellent on board storage for all the supplied tools and every thing you need is supplied. Only minor assembly required and with the clear instructions was completed in just a couple of minutes. The push on hose connection was quite stiff and anyone with week hands may find it a problem but will probably ease with use. (it is a good, secure fit. No chance of coming off under use. The supplied dust bag is HUGE! but only needs to be used if extra careful filter is needed. The motor is a lot quieter than expected and the obtained suction is very strong. All the components, including the accessories are well made and look to be very robust. So far only used the machine for clean up of my garage/workshop of sawdust and such. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Look forward to trying out the wet functions later

Bought this vacmaster for my husband to use in the garage as he always seems to cover everything in sawdust including himself, it fastens to his electric saw and it works a treat. He's very pleased with it, I used it to vac out the car and found it had very good suction and a good length hose. So we are both happy bunnies

The Hoover is powerful. The hose is cheap It kinked strait away in a few places now restricted suction through the end

Very powerful motor for sucking and blowing. Many useful features and accessories. Build quality is good and very easy to assemble. Also very quick and easy to change from wet to dry and vice versa. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is little bit loud but worth the noise for the performance.

We recently ordered two Vacmaster Power 30 PTO which arrived at the end of June 2019 Unfortunately, though one is working still very well, the other has suddenly decided to fail. The motor seems to be trying to go too fast and is making an horrendous screeching sound. We checked for any blockages and also the filters but all is clear. We desperately need two working hoovers at all time and asked for Cleva to contact us to arrange for another to be sent out and the faulty one to be collected as it was less than two weeks old. A week later I am still waiting to even be acknowledged!

Good Morning, Thanks for your review. I apologise that you haven't been contacted. We don't appear to have received an email from you, we're always happy to help resolve any issues. From what you've described it sounds like the float valve may be stuck. This problem is easily rectified: Remove the cartridge filter, this will reveal a black plastic cylindrical cage. Inside the cage is the float valve. This should move up and down freely, but can sometimes become stuck if the vacuum cleaner is knocked or tipped over. If the float valve is stuck in the 'up' position then it will result in a high pitched noise and some loss of suction. With the power off, simply free the float valve using a pencil or something similar and this should resolve the issue you're having. If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind Regards, Aimee Customer Service Coordinator
