“We bought a vacuum from Cleva and unfortunately it didn’t work .. we contacted them via email ( as when you ring to speak to someone about returns the message says to email) and are still waiting for a reply - or any contact with regards to how to return the product. We have emailed 3 times since 15 May ( emailed again 20th May and again 29th May) And heard absolutely nothing - zero contact whatsoever which is appalling customer service. We are stuck with a product that doesn’t work and we can’t return! Would really appreciate it if someone from Cleva would be courteous enough to make contact!”

“After i reset my expectations (i hoped this would hoover up everything in the garden!) i started to really like this. It wont suck up large leaves but with the long pipe taken off it will suck up decent sized bits. The amount of dust the came off the astro was ridiculous....feels cleaner now”
