“The machine works nicely and has been carefully and thoughfully designed. I think construction is a little less robust than I has hoped, but it is light enough to move around with ease. I like the 4 castors which help it slide around my floors easily. The suction tube and cable tidy are very helpful features. Both the suction tube and cable are long enough to allow easy usage. The supplied tools seem fine.”

“I haven't used the cleaner in anger yet, but just want to say that I originally ordered this vacuum cleaner from Amazon. Amazon then completely failed, delivering late to the wrong address after several days. Eventually they agreed to a refund but this took an inordinately long time. I then decided to order direct from Cleva. Despite missing the cut-off time for free next-day delivery by over 2 hours, the product was delivered by a very polite DPD driver at 08.25 am the next morning! 16 hours from order to delivery! (and I live in the wilds). On top of all that I got a 10% new customer discount! What's not to like So I have cancelled my Amazon Prime and will buy direct wherever possible from now on.”
