“Had a Lawnmaster 2 before and couldn’t fault them but unfortunately this one I ordered 19may 26 worked for a week and the instructions button came off and now it won’t work. Have emailed them with the problem and awaiting a reply”

“5 Stars for both Cleva and their Robot Lawnmaster Acumow 18. Buying this through the Cleva website I gained an additional 10% discount in addition to an existing promotional offer. I had been looking for a mower with no boundary wire and one that required little or no set up. With the mower ordered communication from Cleva was top rate and it was delivered within 24hrs. The product packing was really sturdy and recylable. The contents provided a colour quick start sheet and a detailed instruction booklet. The mower was up and running in no time at all. I did notice what looked like a condensation bubble in the LCD display so I contacted Cleva support to ask if this was acceptable. Within 48hrs they provided a detailed response confirning no issues or action required. Mower has been running for 10 days now and my lawn is looking much better than I could ever achieve with my petrol lawnmower. My boundaries are defined and this clever bit of kit has had no issue in covering my lawn area. Lastly the machine returns to base with no issues and I find myself looking at my watch, so I can witness this clever thing perfrom the parking manoeuvre into it's charging base. I think I now need the addition garage cover to protect my wee robot friend from the weather. Fantasic bit of kit!”
