“Alongside the L10 wire bordered unit, this is a great addition. There are a few foibles such as not negotiating over stepping stones and leaving a significant edge to the lawn but the basis of this ‘freedom’ mower seems rather useful for small garden lawns”

“Very good for the price. Only negative is that grass stalks get trapped between the cutting blades and the spinning base plate stopping them from rotating. A bit fiddly to clean out which I need to do after every session. I use a small paint brush - mind your fingers on the blades.”

“Pleased with the robotic mower so far. It doesn't do a methodical cut but eventually covers most of the lawn and being random, some parts get done several times. Doesn't do edges, they need to be done by another method. Fascinating to watch! Cuts well and recognises all my lawn boundaries which vary between flower bed, fence, embankment, wall and slabs with a bird bath in the middle. Very quiet, battery lasts long enough to do a decent cut. Easy to use. Find it very useful for maintenance cuts so only need to use my regular mower occasionally, much less work.”

“Does what it says and it doesn’t cut to the edge of the lawn… you need a strimmer to do the edges My path way is flat and goes around the perimeter of my lawn and the garden is full enclosed shame you can’t alter the sensor to do the edges”

“This has been a lifesaver for me because I am unable to use my normal lawn mower due to a back and knee condition. I have only just started using it and It was fairly easy to set up, my son helped with sorting out the defined edges. The battery lasts to do all 3 sections of my lawn but it does take some time to complete and have to strim the edges. Sometimes it does get stuck and as I have trouble with bending/ twisting I move it with a stick, I also switch it on / off and change modes with the end of a walking stick, would have been great with a remote control. My grass was quite long so set it on higher cut and it got the job done. Have now also got some help putting in log roll edging. Overall I am really pleased with my purchase and long may it continue.”
