“Is a great hoover. The only downside is that the suction is extremely strong and having a bad back it's hard to use.”

“I cannot use this hoover on any carpet, you can’t push it even when the suction is on the lowest setting, I have tried everything but there must be a fault. I have contacted customer services but still haven’t heard anything back, that was 2 weeks ago!”

“For the money this vacuum is pretty amazing. I could not believe how much dog hair this thing took out of the floor, that was after i used our old hoover and then vaxed. It was literally an entire dog in that vacuum, amazing. So easy to set up, didnt even bother looking at any instructions. This thing works. Buy it.”

“The hoover itself is absolutely brilliant, great suction and picks up everything. Really pleased with it. The only problem I have is the actual hoover is really heavy and hard to move, as I have arthritis in both hands it's difficult for me to move it. Other than that, no complaints.”
