“The 28-page instruction book is ridiculous, with pages of obvious warnings but with 13, yes that's 13, assembly diagrams crammed onto a single A5 page. Fortunately, assembly is fairly logical and was eventually successful. The mower works well HOWEVER the collapsable collection box is dire, with the sides made of fine netting material and it is twice as NOISY as the Bosch model it replaced.”

Thanks again for leaving feedback. By law, we are required to include product warnings in all of our instruction manuals, those that are not required by law, but are still included in the manual, are done so because we take customer safety very seriously. Products including blades are considered to be very hazardous. Other feedback so far for this product suggests that customers are satisfied with the assembly instructions and the mower itself, as it is a fairly straightforward process. We do of course take all feedback into account and should this become a recurring issue, we can look into it.

“At the time of writing this review, l have only used my lawnmower once, but l have no complaints at all, very easy to assemble even the grass box, if you want to fold the handle completely, it does take a little bit of time to complete it, but for performance l can't fault it easy to use, and a very powerful lawnmower, would highly recommend it.”
