“It was easy to assemble the mower for first use. The batteries charged up quickly and I only required one set to mow the whole lawn which means that I've paid for two spare batteries that I don't need. However, I should get twice the usage before the batteries start to lose their charge. The mower is easy to handle in tight areas and I like the robust fittings that are used for the axles and the height adjustment. Using the mulching attachment saves time and, so far, doesn't seem to affect the appearance of the lawn. I'm not fussed about stripes but I get them anyway!”

“Best ever!! Delivered in 2 days, that is the best service I have ever had considering I live in the Highlands of Scotland. I have a medium sized lawn which is on a slope and this is the best mower I have ever had for this condition. Easy to handle, excellent cut and batteries don’t need changing before whole lawn is done. First class all round, would recommend to anyone. Wish I had tried it sooner!!”

“On switching on the battery charger a huge green spark came out of it, I suspect I got a small electric shock and a smelly of burning came from the charger. Contacted you and 5 days later you replied, showed little concern over the faulty dangerous charger but did send a replacement. Customer services very slow and lacking. You offered me 10% off a further purchase but I can get this off your website so not really any compensation.”
