“Hi, I recently purchased a lawn mower and am keen to return it and seek a refund. I found the battery life to be very poor. I needed to recharge the battery on two occasions whilst mowing the lawn. With no spare battery provided with the mower this turned a simple task, that normally takes me an hour into an all afternoon job. This is completely impractical. Please let me know the details of when to send the product and how to ensure my payment is returned. Many Thanks Martin”

“Bought this mower based on a review by Mark Haley and it did not disappoint. True to the in depth review, it is one of the best garden purchases we've made! It's light, easy to use with great run time for our small lawn. I cannot comment as yet on the rear roller for a striped finish as the lawn is still in much need of some TLC.”
