“I have received this item in a damaged state. I have contacted LawnMaster via their only method of communication (email) twice and have heard nothing back. I am very disappointed in LawnMaster for this terrible customer service and care. I have attached a picture of the damage the Lawnmower arrived in. You can also see from the picture that the writing on the top of the lawnmower has rubbed off slightly which makes me question if this is a new product or not.”
