“I recently had to remove some Leylandii trees from our boundary and I really didn't want to start messing around with the old petrol chainsaw that I've had for years. I decided to try the Lawnmaster cordless chainsaw. I decided to go for this one as I already own a Lawnmaster mower which uses the MX 24v battery (I must say I'm very pleased with the mower too). The chainsaw was easy to assemble and adjust to set up along with the ease of adjusting the chain while undertaking the job in hand (no tools required). I worked away for the afternoon clearing quite a lot of trees and branches using two fully charged batteries. I was very impressed with the way the saw handled the task. It's not as quick as a petrol chainsaw but certainly easy to use. The only thing I would suggest is to check the chain oil is pumping through the system after making a couple of cuts just to make sure the chain is being lubricated.”

“Excellent service, excellent product. Easy to set up. Easier to handle than a full-blown petrol chainsaw. But only for the small stuff. Treat it with respect as it could still take your leg off.”
