“Arrived next day at no carrier charge, with absolutely no damage to the box. The machine and packaging have been very intelligently and robustly engineered. I have used the carpet cleaner and also the spot cleaner. Very happy indeed with the simplicity and efficacy of use. My carpet looks 100% better than before and being cream coloured, it shows every single mark. The carpet wad left damp after washing, but not overly wet and was dry enough to put all the furniture back 24hours later. I really like this machine - Over the years, I had a Vax catch fire, a very leaky Bissell and an Ovation that is very cheaply made and the motor is now making a worrying burning smell when used. The cord on this is a decent weight and easily kept out of the way in use. The rest of the components are easy to use and easy to clean, they are made of a good thickness if plastic that doesnt feel as if it will break within a couple of uses, the instructions are comprehensive, written in clear English and are easy to understand. Very happy so far.”

“The carpet cleaner was delivered the very next day as promised and my first impression was extremely positive due to the well thought through eco packaging. We have only used it once and the first results are excellent. The product itself seems to be extremely well made and is easy to use. Everything seems to have been well thought through. This seems to be a relatively new brand to the market, the competitive price made us a little hesitant at first but it's as good or better than any of the expensive brands we have used in the past.”

“Arrived within a day of ordering. Easy to put together, hose attachment for spot cleaning is awesome. Loved seeing the dirt and grit come out of my carpets. Amazed at how dirty the water was considering I vacuum the carpets every other day. (The joys of having dogs)”
