“I needed this extension to make it easier to reaach the gutters with the machine on the ground. I was fearful that the "push & twist" arrangement for connecting the extension to the end of the supplied hose might come loose but it didn't. There is a lack of instruction for attaching the extension but the customer services personel were most helpful. Well made and good value”

“Nope. Just the one star awarded, I'm afraid, because the TWO products that arrived weren't the ones I ordered and the correct ones still haven't been sent yet. I'm sure when they are they'll be worth a sparkling 5-stars...”
