“Turn mower upside down remove six screws take off plastic shield unplug old battery plug in new one ....replace sheild and screws ......Job done. Fast Good service from this Company”

“I had to guess. I sent a query about my lawnmaster 10 robotic mower that you ignored. I presume thats because I bought it via Amazon. However, you made me guess it was a battery problem so I bought a replacement battery directly from you. The battery has worked perfectly, which I replaced using the great video on your website. It may seem unfair to you that I gave you 1 star, given that the replacement has workwd perfectly. However, I had to guess that was the problem and I have done this at risk, without your help, which is no way to treat a customer who could be really supportive of your product, but is left feeling that I did this inspite of you, not because of you.”
