“The hamper was great and presented very nicely. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery which I only found out about after checking if the hamper was received. I would have expected a more proactive approach informing me of the issues the company was experiencing. I did receive the delivery fee back but that is a small compensation considering the hamper was meant to be received on a particular day.”
