“The hamper left you to go to the delivery people, Evri, within a day, however after two weeks and no sign of the hamper I rang the hamper company and spoke to Hannah. She apologised to me and said she would resend via another delivery company and it would be there the next day, which it was. My suggestion is that you use DPD instead of Evri for future deliveries.”
