“Paid for fast delivery, the company distibutor tried to deliver on 21 December said they would deliver again on 24 December but never did so no Christmas present for Mum - i have had no real updates from company or distributor and will be asking for my money back as the cheese in the hamper will not be edible now when/if it arrives.”
