I already submitted this review. "The hamper was delivered at 07:30 which was far too early in the morning. I would have appreciated being asked to specify a window for delivery time. Apart from that the experience was satisfactory. Thank you." An unsatisfactory response came back to me from someone called Gemma writing from a cowardly "no response" address. "Thank you for your review, we really appreciate the feedback. We are very sorry that the delivery time was too early for you, unfortunately we are unable to specify delivery times with the couriers. We hope this does not deter you from shopping with us in the future." Trying to wash your hands of the problem doesn't make it go away; it’s still yours. Delivering to a 76 year old man at 07:30 hrs is not good customer service. There's a difference between commercial goods and birthday presents. If Interflora can offer a time window so should other companies delivering gifts. There was no problem with the quality or value for money with the hamper itself but I will be reluctant to use your company again if you won't do anything about improving your delivery times.

I would like to say my sister was very impressed with her birthday present...however I was disappointed that it arrived the the after her birthday.. I ordered to be delivered on the 16th ..but it arrived on 17th
